These are obligations negotiated in good faith.

That is funny! I wonder what Dave Ramsey would have to say about that!

When the Christians are raptured there will be no more need of the world system. Everything will radically change in a very short time as the Anti-Christ rules the earth and incorporates his system and mark.

Of course if Christians are living during that time they will be hunted down and will either have to take the mark of die for their faith. In either case the world system will have no bearing on those who die for their faith.

The obligations to countries will be swallowed up in the need for those left behind, saved or unsaved to serve and obey the Anti-Christ or be destroyed. Obligations negotiated in faith will be a joke to the Anti-Christ. He cares nothing about the monetary aspect of the world unless it serves his purposes. He only wants the souls of those who don't know Christ as their Saviour.

The doctrine of the rapture is erroneous.

We all have to go through the tribulation because we all need purification to one degree or another, and purification is often not pleasant.

No one gets off that easy - and the doctrine of the rapture is the doctrine of the easy way out.

Many who think that they are about to be raptured at any moment, because they are professed Christians, will find out one day, to their surprise, that their souls stink like pestilence before God, and that they have the most horrific things to suffer to purify them (if they have the fortune of being saved at all).

I have met born-again Christians who were nothing but evil.

One is not saved just because one believes in Jesus, while it does not matter how one treats others.

Scripture is quite clear that we will be judged on our love (just read the first Epistle of John to confirm this - I don't think many Protestants have read that or they would not believe in sola fide as the condition for salvation).

Of course faith is a necessity - but not faith alone for salvation.

That stands against both Scripture and reason.

I'm sure the world will go on without Christians here. Just as it did when Enoch walked with God, but was not. For Enoch was righteous before God and took him. Enoch lived before Noah and the flood occurred.

Below is a link to how some New Age channelers now are talking about the Christian Rapture.

I suppose if they use these as reliable sources for explaining our disappearance then the world will deal accordingly with our disappearance. If you were a smart person now you might be able to make some money off this even somehow.

I however will be with the Lord.

A better question to ask is, "Will there be a 'Rapture' as many Christians believe?"

Answer, probably not. To think that part of the Body of Christ can be taken away from this world, just to disappear and leave the world in a panic is, honestly, a Christian's Magic Bullet Theory. Why would Father/Jesus take only MOST of the body of Christ and leave a part of it (the jews who will believe in true Messiah Yeshua)?

The idea of the Rapture as a "get out of trials and hard times" card is almost as old as the teaching. The Chinese thought it was going to happen to them, the Roman Christians thought it was going to happen to them and on and on throughout history.

The Bible says we will meet Him in the air and there will be a turning. dont think that means we are going to leave, ie. disappear.

It also says that our Faith will be tried by fire and how strong can a faith really be if it was never tested? that way we grow stronger in our faith and there are not just a bunch of fair weather people out there professing Christianity (little Christs - to follow the teachings of Jesus)

How many people would NOT denounce their faith if subjected to the tortures fetted upon the romans, or chinese, or sudanese, indian (from india), or other people, esp. in muslim nations run by their "church" which has NO toleration for Christians? I say many WOULD denounce their faith if tortured -- as unfortunate as it would be, I dont think people, mostly western culture nations (americans etc) could stand under the fire or trials.

Ah yep, that's me. I started a company to take over both the titles of said properties and chattels and any outstanding obligations that are "Left Behind!" It's a small administrative fee for my service but due to the respect I hold for this fine forum I can't solicit Your business here, if in fact You are a believer in said Rapture. Such is life in these turbulent times!

I don't know, nobody can see into the future. I assume they will treat the raptured Christians as if they had suffered a sudden death. Remember; after the rapture only the unsaved will be left, and after the anti-christ starts taking control of things he will probably lie and say we all suddenly disappeared because of some freak accident or something.

I was wondering how old you were??? There will be no more taxes or toiling after Armageddon.

Go here to this website and type in the search box: TAXES, TOILING, NEW SYSTEM, ARMAGEDDON:

It's not a good idea to ask on this forum because you'll get a lot of garbage and other blasphemous answers, but mostly you'll get a lot of untruths.

It is time to run away from your responsibilities. Do not worry even the insurance companies are already running away from their beneficiaries. Doctors will no longer be sued for the scissors they left inside their patients.

Those who are not raptured will go to Hell, (cast into the lake of fire), at that time. This all hapens during the Great White Throne Judgment.
