You need to get it to an emergency vet tonight. Surely you took her right after the seizure.
If you can;t afford a vet surrender her tonight to a no kill shelter or Chihuahua rescue. She may well be dying.

So let me get this right. If your grandmother had a seizure and hadn't eaten for two days, you would get on the internet and ask strangers what you should do with her? There is a button on this website to report you for animal abuse-I would be surprised if no one here has selected it yet. Denying a dog medical attention is considered abuse by law. I would suggest you rethink the direction you are heading in and either surrender your dog dog to someone who will help it or get it to a vet now.

This pet should be checked by your vet, because if running a temp, she definately has some type of infection in her body.Don't allow the pet to not eat,as you must get some type of nutrients down your pet,or her sugar level will drop and she will appear to have another seizure.Place a dab of honey ,or plain Karo syrup on her tongue, this will raise her sugar level and prevent the seizures.Boil some chicken, cut in small pieces ,put in a little of the broath and puree it in a blender, see if your pet will eat this.If not,mix some baby rice ceral in with some canned milk mixed half milk ,half water mixed with ceral and try to see if she will eat that.If she refuses to eat either then you must force feed her with a syring.Take away water and give her some baby non-flavored pediolyte,so she won't dehydrate. The main thing is getting her to eat something,or she will get weaker and weaker and pass.Good luck.

Oh that sounds pretty bad I would take her to the vet as soon as possible so she will get help. That's all I got , I hope she gets better soon but just take her to the vet and call the pet store they could have medicine to ease the pain . Also watch her very closely and try to feed her a little bit so she will not get dehydrated

Maybe she ate something toxic. If she hasn't had anything to drink in 2 days, she's going to be terribly dehyrated and can go into shock. Please take her to the emergency vet...something is definitely not right and she needs to be checked out. Especially with fevers and seizures, it sounds very serious.

Get her to the vet immediately!!!
Anytime you have a question like this, call your vet. They will let you know if they need to see the animal. Most of the time they will because they don't always know what they are dealing with.

Oh dear... get the poor dog to the vet. S/he will have some idea of what's going on and what you can do.
It's really what's best for your dog.
Good luck!

she needs to get to a vet immediately. by now she is probably near death from your neglect. her glucose levels are probably non-existant & her kidneys have most likely shut down from dehydration
