Yes, you can, the wiring will work, however you will have to find some 220V "Edison Base" light bulbs. I know they sell them in England, if they do in Egypt, I haven't a clue.

It probably wouldn't cost very much just to get the lamp sockets changed once you get there, if you like the chandelier that much.

Why don't you buy a 110/220 transformer, just check the Amps on the dryer and get an appropriate one. According to my knowledge, if on the dryer you have 5 Amps that means 5X220=1100 Watts, this should be balanced when you use the 110, so 1100/110=10 Amps As a conclusion, if the dryer consumes 5 Amps on 220 it will consume 10 Amps on the 110 so you will need to have a 15 Amp circuit breaker on the line of the dryer, at the 110 side. I hope this was clear.

To break the tie, timmn is right. You should be able to purchase 220 volt lamps that will fit the chandelier, but if you can't you can have the lamp sockets changed. Still, it must be some nice chandelier to be worth the bother.

Actually you may be able too Depends on the size of the base of the bulbs. If they have bulbs with the same base no problem. If the base type is not available you should be able to change the to match fairly inexpensively.
I was told I had to buy a Swedish light bulb for a piece of industrial equipment, found out bulb size was the same just had to buy 220V bulbs.
You will not have to change wires.
