okay, i like this guy right, but he likes me and my best friend? what do i do i don't want to tell her to back off, b/c i don't want to hurt her feelings! but all i know is we is going to go out he said this, but he doesn't show he likes me. what is happening, and what should i do?Wait but wheni talk to him on the phone he completly opens up to me, and we geet closer to eachother, we can spend a minimum of and 1 hour on the phone! advice? just tell me wahts going on and what to do!?

He's playing you & your best friend. Go ahead and let him have your best friend. He's probably telling her the same thing he's telling you. You can bet as soon as she dumps him, he'll come running back to you. lol.

Rough situation. It sounds to me like you care for this guy, but I would recommend that you proceed with caution. Is he also flirting with or talking to your friend? If so, that should give you a huge warning sign. Just take your time with this. If you are worried about your friend being competition, perhaps you should sit down and talk to her about it? Perhaps the two of you can come to a mutual agreement to both date him and, then in the long run if both of you are still interested, let him determine who he would prefer to date? It seems like a long way to go about things, but at least then you would know who he feels more strongly for. These things are part of dating. If you got to date or stay with every person you ever felt something for, dating would be very difficult. Good luck.
