i'm not the most suave person when it comes to asking ladies out and i have a dillema.
i have an acquantance from church who i would like to ask out.
now, the only problem is i only see her at church and on top of that I learned that she will be moving away in a few weeks so that makes tomorrow (i.e. sunday at church) the last day I will probably ever see her again.
i don't want to regret not having asked her out later. how do you think i should approach this situation and how should i ask her out?

Is there a way you could find out her contact info through like a church directory or something? It would probably be your best bet to call her and say "Hi I'm (name) from church and I was wondering if you'd like to go out some time" as opposed to asking her at/after/before church where it might seem a little inappropriate.

36 here Tom, In my opinion I would wait til she was by herself, not out by the car but as she is walking out maybe. I would ask her if she would like to get some diner on you. If she says yes then when you and her are in a little bit private atmosphere you can ask her out on an evening date, and this time refer to it as a date! She should say yes unless she is involved, she has nothing to lose, she is moving away, and you really have nothing to gain, unless it goes really well and she rethinks this moving away thing. just come up and say " I have never said that you have been an amazing friend, you are moving soon. If i do not ask you out today, i will regret that for a very very long time. Please have a dinner with me."

How about this...
Tell her you know she's moving soon, but you've had a crush on her for ages. And since she's probably already packed her dishes, you'd love the chance to buy her dinner.

Just ask her! The worst she can say is "No". then you'll know.
see if she would like to get lunch and ask for her number before departing and say you would like to keep in touch.

Ask her out for coffee or something innocuous. Don't live the rest of your life wondering, "What if?"
