Has anyone heard of Saw Palmetto for hair growth?

i saw online some sites for Saw Palmetto to grow hair faster. Also sites on Biotin for faster hair growth? Anyone out there use either of these supplements>

never heard of tha first one but biotin helps hair grow faster and aslo u could try hair formula 37 ( =

With Biotin you will see improvement, it is highly recommended for Cancer patients whom have lost their hair
