Hello. :) Well, long story short, I've just come up with a diet plan for myself because I went WAY over my Calorie limit for today (I had 2,618 Cal!) and I feel like total crap... Anyway, I was just wondering if this sounded like it would be effective or very efficient for me. I'm female, 16, 5'5" and weigh 132lbs as of like, two seconds ago.
I am to take in about 1200-1300 Calories a day, plenty of fruits, veggies, water, etc.
Light exercise, routine would be as follows:
Morning
25 sit-ups
20 Jumping Jacks
20 reverse sit-ups
25 Arm exercises (I'm not sure what this is called, but it's like making a circle with your arms above your head)
60 arm strokes
3 sets of 30 reps - "Superman"

Evening
50 sit-ups
25 reverse sit-ups
25 jumping jacks
25 arm exercise
60 arms strokes
3 sets of 30 reps - "Superman"
And a few other abdominal exercises, along with a 4 mile bike ride(on gravelly hilly terrain), and a 2 mile leisure walk, 5-6 days a week. I wanna lose 15lbs.So,is it okay?

lose the sit ups - all these exercises build muscle but they dont burn any fat so your belly will look bigger.
to be effective you have to do light weight training (exercises) in sets (e.g. 12-25 reps 2-3 sets).
you have to eat more because body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day. find daily calorie intake calculator and see how many calories you really need to maintain your weight and consume 300-400cal less than that.

In the first place, you're not fat. If you want to get taller, don't fart around with low calorie diets unless a professional puts you on one.
Exercise routines are very good, but you have to undertake them with some knowledge. Muscle groups work in opposition to each other. If you make one set (biceps, for instance) much stronger than their opposite (triceps), you could develop strains, sprains, muscle tears or tendonitis.
The exercise routine you outlined is short on the aerobics. At your age you could do jumping jacks for 30 minutes every day (or jump rope). There are many books in the library with excellent exercise routines.

As a teenage girl, 1200-1300 calories is too low for you. Your body will go into shut-down mode b/c its not getting enough calories, and when you do start to increase your calories, your body will gain all the weight back. Your body will store all the food because it thinks it is going to be starved again. If I were you I would eat in the 1500-1600 calorie range. That way, you are cutting enough calories to lose weight, but you're not starving yourself.

Wow, theyre all quite pleasant! I believe Logan is a pleasant identify however I do not believe it is going as good as re others. Ryan.. Also pleasant however it isn't as well as the opposite 2. Okay, Michael is an overly usual however good-looking identify. However, Alexander is a quite cool and satisfactory identify. Since Jack is a one syllable identify, I'd move with Alexander. It's a pleasant identify. I love Jack incidentally! Congrats on Jack Alexander Barten:)

I'll say one thing: You'll definitely achieve something doing all of that. Check with your doc first. This is WAY overboard and needs to be toned down. Show this to your doc, and let them help you.
