A Runtime Error Has Occurred - Do You Wish to Debug?
When using Internet Explorer to browse the Internet, a runtime error occurs asking to debug. This happens when visiting certain Web sites that contain scripts Internet Explorer does not recognize or cannot execute. To prevent these error messages from occurring, turn off script debugging in Internet Explorer by using the following steps:

Open Internet Explorer
In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab
From the Browsing category, select Disable script debugging
From the Browsing category, remove the check mark next to Display a notification about every script error
Click OK.
Close Internet Explorer and then re-open it.

Good Luck and Happy Processing!!!!

Fist line explains it, Microsoft Visual C++
It is stolen code but now OWNED by Microsdot.
The Runtime Error means that the Code looped beyond the parameters that are preconfigured and hidden because it is Closed Source.

.rb 'yahoo_music_engine'
.rb name *yahoo_music_engine* foo.
.rb cpy foo
.rb *FOO*

Something with that is not working, as its wriiten in Visual C++, and requires the runtime to work correctly, now one of the component is non-functioning, hence the error.

Try remove and reinstall again
