I live in Ohio in the limits of a major city. I drive a 95 Ford Escort Wagon. I'm 24yrs and female. I am insured through Geico. Ther first six months I was paying $58 per month with a down payment of almost $80. This next six months is only $52. I tried a quote from esurance it was a bit more than Geico. So if I were you i'd do a little shopping, but I think you will find Geico will probably be the cheapest.

I buy my insurance through a broker or agent. Many insurance companies are represented by a broker/agent. The big ones you see on commercial like Geico, Allstate, State Farm give you higher, expensive rates and they factor many things on your application to give you a higher rate. If you're 25 years old, they might give you a lower rate. You will have to do a bit of homework and research, let them call you or they email you a quote. I got a better discount thru a broker/agent than trying the big companies. I was with State Farm before, and a local company before turning to Erie. I'm going to save $650 this year for switching. Huge savings I tell you!! Look in your phonebook or online for your area for the nearest broker/agent. Online google, try "Broker agent auto insurance (your state)" or something like that.
