Name her after Marilyn Monroe. Marilyn was rumored to have an extra toe. (It turned out just to be a funny lump of sand next to her foot in a photo of her, and not really an extra toe)

Many people consider 7 to be a lucky number, why not name the cat 'seven', or even 28.

I am NOT an animal rights activist but I do have a soft spot for animals...How about just a nice, normal name or something to do with its personality rather than a name that points out its physical deformity?
I mean Fred would be a much better name than Polydactyl.....You wouldn't name a child based on their deformity, so why would you do that to an animal who would otherwise be a family member if you kept it?

When I was younger, my family had a cat with extra toes, we called him Thumbs. Thumbalina would be good for a female, or even the name Seven would be good. Good Luck with whatever name you choose.

I've had four cats that had extra toes.
They all got named 'Bigfoot'.
I know, lacks imagination, but it fits. :)
The current Bigfoot Has 6 toes on the front paws and 5 on the back ones.
iuhygv, yup, we call him Bigsie too.

I know this sounds totally corny, but you could call her Polly, since having that many toes is called being polydactil, except I know I didn't spell that right.
