An RPG hitting an Abrams tank will not destroy the tank, but can disable the engine, cause it to throw a track, etc. But the crew unless the tank commander or the loader is up and gets hit, the crew will be safe. As for an RPG hitting a humvee or bradley, thats a different story due to the armor on both vehicles being light its going to penetrate and cause injuries, or deaths depending on if the round detonates or not.

You said it yourself, that encounter a decade ago of Cena shaking Undertaker's hand was pretty significant. Though, that can't certainly be the only reason why the match is "destined" to happen. We all consider Cena as the top guy in the company. That is universally accepted and true. I clearly recognize the guy's uniqueness in the company, being able to handle ANY crowd, and always being able to get a reaction. Undertaker has done that as well. Cena has been here young and strong for a decade, and he really still is aside from minor injuries. The guy is controversially at his prime, some may say years ago, some may say years to come. When any superstar is in such a position, you know he's special. Finally, Cena doesn't lose cleanly. Only rarely. Same applies to Undertaker, especially at WrestleMania, of course. Cena's gimmick is plain and simple- never give up. The classic moral we find in nearly every story, never ever give up. Being applied to the wrestling world of course made it seem idealistic and unreal, in the sense that only superheroes can obtain that gimmick and make it work. Nobody else had this gimmick and been able to work it as finely as Cena. Except for Undertaker. Put these two megastars in the main event at Mania, and you're calling for a very unpredictable anything goes match. This is the one match people are completely scared of, and this is why it must happen. The IWC can ***** all they want about Cena potentially ruining the streak, but that's the whole ******* point. These type of matches are best when nobody but the two wrestlers and Vince know the outcome. Bleacher Report will rehash rumor and speculation articles for months, and not a single one of these articles will provide a solid, definite proof that either one will win. Punk vs Taker was very obvious. This match won't be. Considering also how Undertaker and Cena are the best at "sudden kick outs", this is a match where everybody will be on the edge of their seat. I expect great things from this match which I feel very certain to happen. And if this turns into an I quit match, well, I'll let somebody else explain it since that's a whole another level of surprise.

The M1 can sustain such hits! Bradley has some vulnerable places! Humvee will be blast of! But there were two very weird incidents in IRAQ that some sort of RPG (probably a newer version) achieved penetration to the main body of a M1's lower side armor. The exact version and nature of the weapon wasn't possible to be tracked down. But it was an "one man weapon system". RPG generally can not cause many problems to the M1.

Every armored vehicle has areas that can't be fully protected. There is always a chance of a lucky hit. However, the most you can reasonably hope for is a "mobility kill" with an RPG against a modern tank like the M1.

RPG will incapacitate the M1 tank if it hits from behind or blows out the track, but will not pierce the frontal armor. Most of the M1s are outfitted with the new "cage" which will stop RPGs.
HMMVW can be taken out with an RPG, but the crew compartment has recently been armored sufficiently to protect the crew.
Bradleys had a problem with the fuel line routing around the rear exit door, so an RPG hit could take out a Bradley and the crew would burn inside.

Yes with a humvee now, but maybe not later. You can see they Israeli TROPHY system on youtube and the U.S. is making a smaller version of that. Then there is slat armor that you see especially on the strkyer which would cause the RPG to explode or bounce off (if the pin hit's the slot rather than the posts).

this is the eternal race between armour and the the amour penetrating weapons
a Humvee and a Bradley they certainly can be taken out by the present day rpg's
The M1 has a thicker armour then the 2 other but he can also be take out
just have a look at the rpg 29 witch has a double warhead and can go trough armour up to 750 mm .

General de Witte is right. If you are talking about the RPG 7 no it can't kill an Abrams.
But the anti-tank weapons have evolved. If it can kill the newest Russian tanks, it can kill an Abrams.
Do you really think the Russians would not develop a weapon that can not stop the modern tanks ?
Think again.

An RPG can't take an M1.
Put your RPG down and accept the new government in Iraq. Ignorant, zealous, and armed is no way to go through life son.
