speed up,pass,pull in front and smack the brakes...like one car length will get them to work on time...

little old ladies who cant see over the dash
people on the cell phone doing their make up
people trying to control their kids in the back seat
people looking in the glove compartment for some thing
people who cut you off and slow down...
people with blinkers on forever!
people who talk to the people in the car in the next lane both while driving slow
people who are drinking coffee while smoking a cigarette while talking on the phone
people talking to the passenger seat person and SO not paying attention
people who ride their brakes
people who speed past you just to get to the red light ahead of you!
i hate other people drivers!!!!!

For me, the ;most annoying thing is a driver behind me tailgating me. At 65 to 70 miles an hour, these people are a few feet away from me. If I have to suddenly stop, there is no room for them to stop in time and not hit me from behind. I hate tailgaters.

Leaving rear fog lights on when not foggy, particularly in the rain
Using front fog lights at the same time as headlights when not foggy
Using front fog lights without headlights
Having badly adjusted, dazzling headlights
Those people (and I have come across them) who drive around in all conditions with headlights on full beam
Parking with headlights on, particularly on the wrong side of the road
Driving with headlights on in broad daylight (particularly if not a Volvo owner)
Sitting at traffic lights with your foot on the brake pedal thus dazzling the driver behind.

Everybody mentioned annoying things which I have to agree... but I think the worst of all is:
when I am ready to pass someone in a 2-lane traffic who drives slowly and they speed up, too while you are trying to pass them.

Stay sitting at the light even though its green
Fail to do a shoulder check before changing lanes
Speed up, pass you, then drive slowly
Drivers over the age of 80

Cut in front of you like your not even there. Or when someone is turning they will either wait till every car goes by or they will wait until a car is just about on them and then turn.

I am concerned with the phone calls it is getting dangerous. There is more attention focused on the telephone call and less on the driving. Does anyone agree with me.

stop in the middle of the road.
stay at green lights
not use their blinker
switch lanes with out paying attention
go below the speed limit
slow down at a green light
almost hit you when they are backing out of their parking spot..
the list could go on...
