well im pretty sure this guy is gonna ask me out..... ive liked him all year so im rele excited the only problem is i wont be able to see him during the summer ill probably be pretty busy i would tell him i will go out with him next school year in sept. but im afraid he'll have moved on what do i do? im going into 8th grade

Well, I never saw my boyfriend during the summer, and we were still together the next year. Get his number and talk to him. Write him a note telling him that you REALLY like him and you want to be together with him, but your going to be busy during summer. Is he going to 8th grade too?? Well, if he is it is okay, just do what I said, or get some advice from friends that you will see over summer.

Well,the best way is to exchange telephone numbers.As well as text each other and email.Just because you don't see him physically,doesn't not mean you can't communicate with him.Let him know that you can't see him in the summer and tell him why if you chose but tell him you want to keep in contact with him so you don't lost touch over the summer.If you guys talk to each other over the summer when you come back to start school in Sept nothing should change.

well your in the same position that I'm in. My boyfriend lives 10 miles out of town and I hardly ever get to see him but I call ALOT so we get to talk. We make arrangements to see eachother every chance we get, so I would try to find anything or anyplace you could meet him at mabey a game (baseball) or something and well it all depends on what grade he is in but my boyfriend is going into 9th grade and I'm going into 8th just talk to him tell him how you feel, explain to him that you want to go out next year and that your scared that he will find someone else and tell him that you love him if you do. So don't freak out okay good luck.

i kind of have the same problem i was going out with this kid who i adored but he broke up with me becuase he didnt want a gf over the summer but he still likes me. im afraid he's gonna move on and i wont be able to bare seeing him with another girl. i think you should go out wiht him anyway but just tell him you have a busy summer. i know plenty of people who stay together over the summer. you should try, unless you wanna be single over the summer so you can mingle with anyone you want. well anyway good luck hun!

If it is going to happen, it will happen. Be honest about not having a lot of time to see anyone over the summer. If he is really interested in you, a couple of months isn't going to matter. Life happens and if he moves on, there are lots of other guys out there that you can move on to also. Don't be in a rush to limit yourself to this one guy.

If you are busy between the states you are in ,then write him a letter.
That way he,ll have your letter to refer back to,and its always more personal to write,than an email.
Saying goes"nothing is more mightier than putting pen to paper"
Go out with him while you got the chance,and at least you will have an idea of what he,s like properly face to face.
Even thou its a short time it will be worth it in the end.

What do you mean by being to busy like on vacation or something it doesn't matter where you will be or what you are doing take the opportunity while its in your face by September he may have moved on and will probably have no more interest in you so take it while it is in your face

Just let him know that you will be very busy. Give him your email address & keep in touch by email or online. Don't rush & don't worry about it. You have plenty, plenty, plenty of time to date & find that special person.
