I can give you the Air Force's opinion: for 5'4 or 64 inches tall you should weigh between 110 and 160lbs. Anything above or below and you can be kicked out of the military. The median weight is 135lbs. Whoever's saying 120 is insane! I'm 5'2 and I weight 135, but it's mainly muscle (muscle weighs more than body fat). If you're taking birth control you can add 5lbs a year for every year you're on it (or so says my doctor).
Also, how much you actually weigh is not important, but the distribution of your weight is. Some people weight a lot (like me), but I'm skinny with a 29in waist and muscled thighs. Others weigh less but it's all packed into the love handles (waist), thighs, or beer gut for guys. And you shouldn't be losing more than a 1lb per week, or your body will store calories more and you'll just gain more weight.
I hope this helps!

Well I am 5'4 also and the normal weight should be between 115 and 125. I think being over weight for that height would be around 160 and up. (i am over)

Based on BMI at 5 foot 4 you should be between 110 and 140 pounds. Recent studies have shown BMI to not be completely reliable. You really need to figure out your hip to waist ratio. Measure your hips and waist and plug the numbers into this calculator: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/whr

120 is your ideal weight, but you have to take waist to hip ratio as well, since this measurement gives you your risk of possible heart complications.
