Chances are all will be fine although she may not want to nurse them being so young herself. In which case you will have to bottle feed them kitten formula every 2 hours day and night for the first 2 weeks and then every 3 hours day and night for the 3rd and 4th week. Then you can start to wean her. They should be off the formula by about 6 weeks+

Also as she is so young you should make sure someone is with her during the birth just to be safe. Cats usually do well on their own, but there is always the odd one that runs into trouble. If you even susspect a problem bet her to a vet right away.

I work at an emergency vet clinic and for the most part we see more complications in dogs than cats. It would be a good idea to get an x-ray from you regular vet to determine how many kittens you should be expecting. That we help you greatly in deteriming if she is having problems. As a rule of thumb once she goes into active labor (you'll see her having contractions) if she goes more than about 2 hours in between kittens she may be in distress. Have the number of your local emergency clinic just in case she has problems when your reg vet isn't open. If you things she's having complications the sooner you have her seen the less the chance of her giving birth to stillborns. As far as deformities it's just like every other species. Not common but they do occur.

she has a good chance of doing fine. there is no way to say for sure.
You need to keep her inside though as seh can get pregnant right after giving birth. I would suggest when the kittens get abotu 6 weeks old you make an appointment in about 2 weeks. Teh kittens can begin to be weaned at 5 weeks and then staywith mom until 8 weeks.
Good luck but I don't think you really need to worry.

It's not common for cats to have problems delivering. She is young, but if in good health should be OK. Please make sure she stays indoors and you can keep an eye on her. Cats like to have their kittens at night in a quiet, dark place. You can try to get her used to a bed in the closet if you can. If she goes into labor and is actively pushing for more than 2 hours, that is considered a potential emergency.
