No moral base.

No knowledge of the bible. Maybe they read it, but it they knew it they would follow it.

No understanding of character issues from a biblical base. Only from a "what can I do for myself" base.

Movies with nudity now.

Men loving men with men watching.

Cross dressing. When men used to be men, they led the houses and women loved it. They had a leader. Now they walk around, drink alcohol and get tattoos while dating each other. Sick.

What is your problem buddy?

No moral base. (Says who? I am not a bad person)

No knowledge of the bible. Maybe they read it, but it they knew it they would follow it. (Who cares? Do you have knowlesge of the Quran or any other religious texts?)

No understanding of character issues from a biblical base. Only from a "what can I do for myself" base. (That is a bigot's position. Just because I don't believe as you do does not mean that I am selfish or lack charactrer!)

Movies with nudity now. (I like looking at naked women, how about you?)

Men loving men with men watching. (This seems to be an issue with you, mind your business!)

Cross dressing. (Mind your business! There are christians who do the same thing BTW)

When men used to be men, they led the houses and women loved it. (They loved being beaten into submission every time they questioned something, sure, slaves in your own home)

They had a leader. (What?)

Now they walk around, (walking is problem with you?)

drink alcohol (a couple cold ones never hurt anyone)

and get tattoos (tattoos are cool, don't like it don't get one)

while dating each other. (mind your business!)

Atheists scare you because we live happy, fulfilling, moral lives without the god fantasy that you are addicted to.

Don't like it? Move to Iran.

i have morals, they're just not set as low as yours.

and i have knowledge of your bible. i use to be a sunday school teacher, and so on.

and i understand that the bible characters..... well, my understanding of them now, is that, they're all whacked!!

and ah, buddy, adam and your eve started that whole nudity bit!!

you don't love your fellow man? wow, so, "christian" of you.

your jesus wore a dress. and men are still men, and men do lead the house, with a very strong loving woman to show him the way. just a tad racist there aren't ya??
and what do you want us to do? crawl around on all fours like dogs?? lmfao! no thank you!! lol. and wasn't it jesus that turned water into wine? your bad! and tattoos... the only thing in the bible that it says is wrong about getting tattoo's is that your not suppose to get the name of your dead craved into your body, carving and tattooing is two different things.
and dating, is a natural form that happens before one chooses to marry, us women are no longer sold to men, or stolen, like they use to do in your bible, because, "all men (women) are created equally.

and i'm not sick, i'm quite well, thank you.

Many of the people you mentioned are Christians. There are by far more Christians than atheist. Atheist are intellectuals. They are usually more apt to have a Masters or Doctors degrees.
I have never found that moral character has improved by reading the bible. Moses and his followers raped and killed pregnant women, men and children-checked for virgins (how did they do that?) and claimed god told them to do all this. The bible is full of atrocities and barbarian acts.

"Atheists can scare people, can't they? "

Apparently so . Anything can scare . If something exists , or can just be conceptualized in a single addled brain. it can and will be feared . The fear says nothing actual about the object of that fear , just about the one who fears .

"Now"????
All that stuff you mentioned is as old as humanity. ( except the movies . The first pornogrhaphic pics were in the 1850's, btw . If it can be done , it will be done .;D) You just noticed? If it has nothing to do with you, why worry about it?

Are you tempted? No shame in that .Are you worried about others being tempted ? If that 's the case , don't . Let me try to explain something ,( that I've often tried , but rarely succeeded in doing) I've worked with a lot of born-agains, (all nice people) , that had a similar view , because of one false assumption. Many have had messed up lives turned around by their faith. (drugs, alcohol, gambling, self-destructive promiscuity, crime, etc) They make the normal human assumption that everybody (on the inside) is just like them . The thing I've tried & often failed to explain is : Not only do I not need to do exactly as you to avoid temptation, I'M NOT TEMPTED by any of that, period.

If you are serious, your question is thoughtless!
I am agnostic, but leaning enough toward atheism, so I shall offer you an answer. Most atheists and I were exposed to some sort of theology in our childhoods, in my case a liberal Protestant denomination, and we reached our skepticism VIA our religious experiences. If one learns to think for him- or herself beyond the rigidity of the bible, he/she will tend to question theism and to doubt the bible as literal truth. Introspection leads to exploration and to the study of material unrelated to religion. Many Christians and theists have read nothing beyond their "holy" books. Your faith, unquestioned, is not legitimate. Additionally, your complaints regarding the activities of the nonsectarian community are largely a matter of your opinion and are generally inconsequential to those of us who do not support your religious views.

No moral base? I learned right from wrong at a young age from my parents, not some stupid book.

No knowledge of the bible? I was a very religious kid and never missed sunday school and church.

Biblical characters as role models? Have you READ the bible? There are people in there that need to be thrown in prison if they really existed. Rapists, murderers, thieves, you name it, they're in there. The "character issues" are horrendous in the bible.

Movies with nudity? Do you know how much adultery and pornography there are in that book of yours. READ it.

Men loving men? Yeah, that doesn't go in the bible. Uh huh.

Cross dressing? Jesus wore a dress.

Get over yourself.

lol Colson, I don't care what anyone else says, I know you're a troll. I also believe you are masquerading as a hate-filled christian and targeting people in a certain circle of friends around here. I believe we know you by another name. I also believe that I'll be proven right eventually.

Is this a parody, or are you really that delusional?

I am an atheist, and I am more moral than Jehovah is depicted as being in that Bible you think I don't know.

And let me ask you: why is it that men can't love men? Didn't your Jesus command everyone to love one another?
