How many version of the bible are there exactly? What is the main differences between them. Why so many divisions? Orthrodox, Protestant, pentecostal, brotheran? And last, is there any indication in any bible in how to pray to god. Because if you go to a Black church you hear the gospel, go to a white church and its just sermons, and who knows about the rest of the world and how they pray. Shouldn't there be a single or a couple of way of praying to unify the religion

I wish Christians were more unified, but then again, what if they were all unified in the wrong way? That wouldn't be good! At least this way, you can go and find the one that you think is right. I think some of the divisions are not that different if they follow the Bible. You can be following the Bible and have different styles of singing and worship. Just go where you feel the Spirit.

I read the bible and it may speak to me in a different way than you. No one person can say that it REALLY means this or that. The Bible is an interrpretation written by many people. I pray before I read that God would speak to me through HIS word. The bible was written by men inspired by God. Not by God himself (except the 10 commandments).

Love God with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding - in all your ways acknowledge him and He will direct your path (my version) :)

(John 16:13 KJV) Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.
The divisions come because man does not take time to listen to the Holy Spirit, they see one verse and make an entire doctrine out of it instead of reading all that the bible has to say about the subject and have conformation from the Holy Spirit. That is one of Satan's devices, because a kingdom divided cannot stand, therefore he seeks to get men to disagree on God's word.
