theres not really a way to lose 50 pounds in 3 months maybe 30 i would say by eating 1300 calories a day and do 30 minutes of cardio a day and lifting weight will add muscle but wilL also burn calories

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Depends on which one you're committed to doing! If you had been committed to doing each, I could feel that wasting weight could be less difficult than quitting heroin! Statistics say that heroin addicts do not fairly have a well danger of staying off of heroin once they stop. The equal is correct while you lose 50 kilos(you can definitely achieve a few weight again!) My sister has efficaciously been off of heroin for 7 years. It used to be having a daughter that became her round!

the quickest way I ever lost weight was with a low-carb diet (and I did lose up to 6 pounds a week at one point)...but the catch is, you have to keep watching the carbs to keep it off. (I've found as a rule of thumb, the quicker it comes off, the quicker it comes back!)
