That's a pretty ridiculous question based on the fact that it has a major logical fallacy. An Atheist is someone who does not believe in God. Therefore if God was calling you to be an Atheist he would be calling you to not believe in him, which would negate the belief in the existence of the call in the first place.

If you are a strong, and intelligent person then yes. If you are a week and needy person who has to rely on others for self esteem and conviction then no, dont be an atheist, definitely go to church.
