Fresh fruit or veggies, or my personal favorite: A peanut butter and jelly wrap! Just put the PB & J inside a tortilla, roll up, and enjoy!

I like good-o hot chocolate and i like to dip bread slices in or crushed crackers inside. Or try a pizza sandwich.

Pizza Sandwich
---------------------
Pizza sauce or pasta sauce
(2) Slices of bread
Mozzarella cheese
(TT) Salt
Butter
_________________

1. All you need to do is spread some pizza sauce onto one side of each bread.
2. Add some cheese but not too much.
3. Add salt to taste.
4. Spread butter on the other side of both bread slices you didn't use.
5. On medium heat, cook the sandwich for about 2-3minutes on one side and flip to do the same. Or you can cook until a little brown. Then you're done!

Put a flour tortilla on a plate. Sprinkle grated cheese all over it. Microwave it for a minute or until all the cheese has pretty much melted. Roll it up and you have a Mexican Grilled Cheese Sandwich!

You can add picante sauce, pre-cooked meat, green onions, etc. for a different taste.

quick and snappy crab cakes

combine chopped stick crab, shredded mazzarella, and vegetables (I use red, yellow, and green bell peppers with green onions - - all finally chopped) with mayo or miracle whip.

Spoon this mixture on top of refrigerator biscuits (I use homestyle buiscuits in a jumbo muffin pan.) Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and seasalt and a little paprika.

Bake according to buiscuit instructions.

yum! yum! yum!

It's a little bit of work with the chopping but well worth the effort and wait. I serve them with cocktail sauce!!!

IM or e-mail me if you'd like other refridgerator biscuit snacks!!

I DON'T RECCOMEND THIS ONE THOUGH IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO SHELL FISH OR HAVE ANY REASON TO BELIEVE YOU COULD BE!!!
