I have 40cents on my gift card, how do i drain my card of money?

i cant buy anything with 40cents, and i tried donating the money but my paypal didnt work, so, how do i get rid of it?

Buy something for more than 40 cents, use the card and pay the rest in cash.

The next time you buy something where that card is accepted you can use the card and pay the balance in cash. At least that's what we do.

Please, before dealing with Paypal, you need to be aware that they are allowed to retain your money for a long period of time, Please be caretul.
