Didn't it seem that if you are trying to play hard to get means that you are not interested.

depends. some guys try to be hard to get by being rude, ignoring girls, that sort of thing. Maybe it makes us want you more, but it also makes us feel like crap about ourselves. So if you're trying to get a girl to like you by playing hard to get, try playing "understandably busy"
same effect as harder to get, better to have, except you won't be hurting someone in the process

I like it when they paly hard to get for about the first three weeks. But then I get impatient and then I get frustrated and then confused and then I loose interest in the guy. Then the guy loses his chance with me completely!!!
