Does anyone know the name of the dressing put on the green salad served at Sushi Boat restaurants?

The dressing has a light purple color to it, and a creamy texture.

Amazu dressing

1/3 lb Ginger, fresh young -- large -pieces, scraped--look for -pieces with a pinkish skin
1/3 c Rice vinegar
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt

Most commonly used on green salad!!

Not sure but it could be a miso dressing.

It's Greek Goddess dressing & you can buy it at Wal-Mart.
