.....im trying to loose weight and watermelon looks sooo good right now! its just water right?

Watermelon is made of mostly WATER... suprise.... it shouldn't make u gain weight, but can cause u to have too urinate alot becuase its diretic just like tea.

They say it will help you lose weight if you eat enough of it. I know it goes right through you so stay close to home or a restroom. There is information on watermelon online today. It also contains many nutrients.

It can be a diuretic so if you eat much watermelon, you'll find that you have to urinate a lot. This can reduce your water retention, which can make it look like you're losing weight. Actually, you're just losing water weight.

Most of the content of a watermelon is WATER. It certainly won't cause you to gain weight. ( of course, as with anything food, don't eat it in excess ).

watermelon is good when trying and not trying to lose weight. I'm having some later for a snack. It has NO fat no corn syrup or that fructose stuff.

It not just water, it contains a lot of sugar. It will not make you gain weight unless you eat a ton of it, so go ahead and enjoy.

watermelon is not bad for you. you can eat anything you want just make sure to keep proportions small (especially with the not good stuff)

Oh, please! It is a fruit, it has barley any calories in it. Eat away.
Geez, even Weight Watchers which assigns points to food gives it ZERO points unless you eat a whole crap load but seriously you'll burn the calories it does have by CHEWING!
