A couple of days I guess, but since I prefer mine fresh I always make fried corn the next day with any leftovers. Take 4 - 6 strips of bacon & chop, then brown in skillet with a little minced onion & garlic. Cut corn from cob, then place in skillet. Add a little milk, flour & sugar then heat over medium heat til thickened., salt & pepper to taste....Yummy!!

It will last quite a long time, but it is better fresh.
It is said you should have the water boiling before the corn is picked. I may be an old wives's tale but I work to it.

As soon as you get them home, simmer them for about 5 minutes, drain cool and freeze and they will stay moist for months.

It will last a couple days in the fridge, but it's better fresh.

Unless you've made a huge amount, it won't! It's far to delicious to leave any.
