For the wall color, I'd go with the palest green I could find; for the window treatments, I use something simple to avoid clashing with the comforter. Maybe sheers with shades underneath.

I like what's in your picture, the wall color and the curtains. Or you could go with the green walls and white curtains. Love the quilt and the possibilities. It's just your preference of what color do you want to see first thing in morning. Can't say what type curtains without seeing your windows. Take a pix of room so will have better idea to work with. Good luck....

www.wakeupfrankie.com is a site mainly for bedspreads, but they also have lots of pillows and some furniture you could buy that would match your bedset. There are also canopies for your bed and window curtains in pink and green.
www.ikea.com has cheap furniture that you could buy. I would recommend white furniture or paler shades of pink and green.
The walls should be green with white and pink polka dots in various sizes, but you can alternate that pattern color for each wall. One wall will be green with pink and white polka dots, the next a white wall with pink and green polka dots, the next a pink wall with green and white polka dots, and then the final wall can be either a solid white, green, or pink, or it can be the same pattern as the wall across from it. Put posters up and hang fake flowers. Also, paint the ceiling with flowers and stencil the trim of the room. Paint the trim of the room a very pale beige, though a cream color would work best.

1] paint the walls light pink, and the trim the mint green; then add curtains in berry pink, with trim in grass green. Add large accessories [ rug, chair, pillows ] in berry or grass, and small
[ lamps, picture frames, and desk or dresser accessories] in
grass or berry [ opposite ].
2] reproduce one of the patterns in the quilt in paint on the wall
[ one of the stripes? ] at the head of the bed or the wall opposite it. Add curtains in the opposite color stripe [ pink with mint, grass with berry ]. Add accessories in one or two of the quilt colors.
3] paint the walls the white of the background, and make 'rick rack' in grass or berry across the walls. Add curtains in grass with berry rickrack, or berry with grass rickrack.
4] paint bottom of walls in darker color - berry or grass - add
a white chair rail, and paint top the pastel color - pink or mint.
Add white or pastel rug, and sheer white, mint, or pink curtains [ or buy them a size too narrow and alternate pinks, greens, pastels, or brights. ]
I would make the curtain design relatively plain - cafe, tieback, sheers, or even white lace.
Good luck, and have fun!

Wow that's cute! Personally I would do pink & white vertical stripes for the walls with white trimmings. You can add the green in as an accent color for pillows, cushions, etc. I prefer long curtains with one draped over the top, I think it looks very elegant. For your room I would get white curtains to tone down the pattern of the walls and place an emphasis on your beautiful bedspread. Aim for a green throw rug. Here's a few items that would match:
