Keep a very close eye on him for the next few hours to 24 hours, if anything will happen it would be durning that time range. For now keep him in his cage nearby you so you can watch him. Look for breathing problems (labored, shallow or gasping) - get to vet if you see this. Watch him when he walks, does he limp, drag a leg or both of them, if yes - take to vet. Is he eating and drinking normally - good, if not see the vet. See the vet for any unusal behavior or actions on his part. Everything for being just fine and okay to sudden death later can occur. They would show signs of any head trauma in just a few hours.
I hope all is alright.

no would desire to fret. my sister has had her hamster for a protracted time, she has dropped him a lot of cases, he has a tendency to attack her after wards to boot. that's a organic reaction for them, as they are actually unable to lash out any incorrect way that's basically because of the fact he replaced into in marvel and did no longer recognize what befell. As you have pronounced he's working around like established, this suggests that he is going to be high quality, if there is something incorrect with him he would not be working around or playing in any way, he may be a comfortable bit nerve-racking once you first %. him up returned yet after a on the same time as he would be high quality returned, and you will flow returned to established. in case you're worried which contain your hamster, then i propose you're taking him to the vets basically be be effective.

He'll be very okay. I had a dwarf hamster last year and I dropped it twice, both times it went into shock, but after like a monute or so, it started acting normally again. (He died last year, but he lived out his life span and didn't die before he was supposed to. The average life span for a dwarf hamster is 1-2 years.)

It could have gone into shock. If this happens again, check the hamster for signs that he is in shock such as fast breathing, no movement and a very lifeless look. Pick it up and gently rub it to improve circulation. Then put him in his cage in a dark quite room. If no signs of improvement can be seen in 1 hour, take him to the vet.

Sorry, to say this but I don't think he will be okay.
Dropping hamsters can cause death, broken legs, and/or brain damage.
Try to contact a vet. Your vet can try to help.
