The previous answer very nearly got it right:
"Ich denke (or "glaube"), dass ich in Tim verliebt bin."

"Ich glaube, ich bin in Tim verliebt" is the way you would probably say it in spoken German. There's nothing wrong with the "Ich glaube, dass...."-version, but the other is a tad more idiomatic.

...or if you absolutely LOVE him...
"Ich glaube, dass ich Tim liebe!"
