well i liked this girl for a long time and last year i was forced to sit next to her in class..anyway everything was goin good she was fliting alot with me, she constantly blushed and played with her hair and wrote my name in some of her books but i was so shy i didnt even ask her number..man i still regret it anyway we lost touch during the summer..so the new school year begins and she completley ignores me its not until like the middle of the school year she starts flirting a bit with me thing is i kinda was forced to stop liking her a bit cause i thought she didnt like me anymore(she also got a new bf during the summer and broke up with him like 5 weeks b4 she flirted with me)so i didnt go for it anyway like 2 days ago she flirts with me again..and again i ignore her then she "hip bumped" me but again i didnt go for it after the bump she just ignored me again.even when everyone in class laughed at my jokes she just stayed quiet i just wanna know if she likes me or if shes playin me

well she seems liking a lot but u ddnt gave her the chance..so here the magic advice ...i think she still liking for that reason she's not laughing bout ur jokes anymore or giving u signs..coz she think u rejected her n let me tell u soming GIRLS HATE TO BE REJECTED...so try to get with her alone n tell her the whole story n trust me she'll look at the story in an other sight(i mean a romantic sight) + girls love shy boys....n u'll get the girl!!!

Seems like she was interested in you, but when she gave you the opportunity to ask her out or talk to her, you blew her off. That was a kind of test, and you failed.... don't worry about it, just learn from it. Next time, flirt back and talk to her. Don't be afraid to be comfortable around women. They like that.

She might be trying to make someone else jealous, is a tease, or is just playing hard to get. I'd give it some more time and see what happens.

she is probably waiting for you to do something. If you like her, then ask her out. If she dumps you dont feel bad she is weird. If you keep waiting she'll eventually find someone else
