where online can i buy the 07 Jamis Dakar XCR Pro/expert?

frames only, (i know how to get the bike), but i just can't find a frame outlet

I don't think Jamis sells the frame separately. I would look into the site and email them separately.
Also, some companies don't allow their bikes to be sold via the internet.
I found this on Jamis site:

I don't think that Jamis sells this frame separately- especially online.
The only thing I can think of is to ask an online dealer if they can get one for you... it'll probably be a long search.
