I thought you got 75 points and a free light when you got your answer picked as "BEST" in environment?

Question

I have one best answer picked and only have 55 points for the week. I also got nothing stating to me about getting a free lightbulb. What gives?

i went to the site to re-register and it said thanks for registering you're ready to go. Do they just mail the light bulb or is there an email taht gets sent saying you won.

you get 10 points for best answer, 10 "green credits for any best answer, and 75 "green points" for best answer in environment category, toward the 500 "green points" needed for each additional CFL.
you must be at least level 2.

well yes u do get 75 points but it has to be in the environment section and u need to accumulate 500 points in "green" points oto get the lightbulbs so yea congratz on the 75 points but u have a long way to go.

You are supposed to get 75 points (normally, it's ten) but no lightbulb until you reach 500 points. Also, they might be really strict and only award the 75 points if the 'best answer' is in specifically the 'envionment' section, as opposed to the 'global warming' or 'hybrid auto' (etc.) sections

Maybe those 75points doesnt appear anywhere for us, but somehow the guys at Yahoo Answers keep that in their records.

In fact, I just got an email asking me to check if my shipping adress is correct because they are about to send me my free lightbulb!

So dont worry, I had the same questions but know Im sure it works :-) Just be patient.

speaking pink Floyd, I had a similar situation you had yet a pair months later I have been given into each and all the greatness of The Wall and that i like it! however the album that relatively took me longest to get into, ordinary, became into Aerosmith's Rocks. it relatively is SUCH a terrific album and lower back, a number of my widespread songs are there yet there is something approximately it that only would not look to in advantageous condition... BQ: certainly I in basic terms have The Wall and dark area BQ2: undecided, I relatively have many long solos...

I have the same problem, but recently I got an email which instructed me to go to this web page and confirm my address in order to recieve the promotional light bulbs!!

Go to this webpage and click on 'get started'. when I clicked on it, they just thanked me for confirming and didn't even ask for any new info, I am still waiting for my package which will probably take a while, just like any other promotions, usually 3 to 4 weeks.

I don't think you get 75 points. On the letter it states it goes till June 8th so you will most likly get it on June 8th or a bit later.

I got an e-mail saying there had been technical problems and they apologized and i had to follow a link,So the only solution i can give is to contact yahoo.
