about 2 weeks ago, my lower back has been aching. doesn't really hurt when i stand but i sit on the spot or jump, it hurts.the pain is located at what i think is the sacrum. i'm not shure if im right, but it is a lil above the center of my buttchecks;below my spain. i'm only 14 , so i don't noe what's wrong. i know i shouldn't be getting back pains at this age and i know usually, people get pains in the spain or the backs but i have at almost the butt. what's wrong? i told my mom and she said that's because i sit too much and the weight is all on my butt bone or something. what should i do? and is ithis normal?

Considering that you have not stated any harm, it would be anything as practical as "developing pains", because of a interval of speedy development. If that is the case, going effortless on it, or doing a little delicate stretching would aid. Some persons have an incompletely shaped disc on that final vertebra which would be the position you are regarding. Generally it is not a predicament when you consider that it is honestly fused to the pelvis. I could no longer endorse jogging proper out and getting X-rayed. If any one does X-ray you, and also you move to an additional physician, be definite and feature the moment physician request the X-rays from the primary physician BEFORE X-raying you once more. Don't allow 'em let you know "we do greater X-rays right here" or such a nonsense. Then, in the event that they fairly can not see what they must see, it is your name. Of direction if it maintains to trouble you or will get worse, then you definately must get to a physician.

You are correct, these kinds of pains are not normal, especially in a 14 year old. It is time to get a professional evaluation. Your family Chiropractor would be a good starting point.

Best wishes and good luck.
