Bear likes to sniff alot and sometimes after sniffing he will freeze up and make a weird face and wrinkle up his nose. It's kinda like when you get water up your nose? He breathes funny too. What is it?

Wouldn't you make faces if you sniffed what he sniffed?

He is processing the scent by pulling the air over the Jacobson's organ. It is a chamber over the roof of the mouth with very keen receptors for scent. Dogs can redirect air into this chamber and that is the face you are seeing. Cats have this organ as well.

He doesn't like the smell and is trying to get it out of his nose.
