I'm 13 years old, 5'2", and 113lbs. I am a dancer, and a volleyball player. I am really muscular, but i want my weight to go down to 103 lbs, soon. Recently i lost 4 lbs, because i stopped drinking soda. I want to get back to a size 0 (i'm currently a 2), soon. Any ideas? Btw i work out like crazy

Keep it up, and maybe you can get down to your birth weight some day!

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Your so lucky to weight that much. A size 2 is good. You should be happy with your body. Your in good shape so you dont need to worry about it

Muscel weighs more then fat, so you won't be able to reach your weight goal.

You shouldn't worry about the scale, no one knows your weight, but you. If you look healthy and are healthy thats whats important. I have friends who are 5'5" and weigh 180lbs, but look like they weigh 130lbs.

if you drink milk stop try not to eat sweets and eat more veggies and fruits but don't lose more than 2-4 pounds in a week if you lose any more its not healthy.
