As long as you have repented of your sins and placed your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ for your salvation, then you are being a true Christian.

Uhh that's not what the Bible says and the Bible is God's Word, i don't mean to be mean but i just care about you, aren't you saying God is a liar?? And if you're saying God is a liar then your saying that he's sinned which means He's not perfect which means that he is just like any other person so there was no reason for Him to die on the cross....Please don't listen to the Discovery Channel and National Geographic about that kind of stuff...there is way more evidence backing up creation then evolution...People have distorted what Christian means Christian means you are a born-again believer you've asked Jesus in your heart and believed on Him...Please go here to know how to do that>>> http://www.godssimpleplan.org/gsps-english.html ...God Bless

Part of being a Christian is believing in Gods word whole heatedly. Not just part of of Gods word, but the whole thing. If you say that you believe in God and in Jesus Christ, why would you not believe the same Bible that acknowledges them both to be true about creation. If you are a true Christian{ {which means a follower of christ} than you should believe in the Bible all the way. To say that you believe in God and Jesus, but that you can't believe God is powerful enough to make this world and everything in it, makes me question whether or not you really know Christ.

a true believer is from the heart, and I really feel you heart is opened to God that your seeking a deeper understanding.. Only God knows you heart. He knows how you feel and how you believe if there is anything wrong with the way you believe then God Will correct you and you Will learn. I believe you are a true believer in God. As far as Adam and Eve we all are related to them some where and some how...beings they were the first humans on earth.. pray and if you have a Bible start reading it but just keep praying and you Will start learning more and more each day..That actually is the only way you Will learn of God.

I'm a Christian and I believe the same thing, I can see that creation happened just like the Bible said, and then Adam and Eve spent millions of years in the garden while evolution happened all around them.

No you are not being a true christian or true believer. Your rationality is taking over.

It sounds like your a deist (or want to be a deist). it's what the founding fathers were. they believed god created the universe and then left it alone and did not interfere in everyday life.

theists, on the other hand, believe that evolution did not occur and that god controls everything with the bible being a true account of stuff.

so really, deism is just atheism without the hassle, sorry.

True christian is one who has accepted Jesus into his life...

you are making a mistake.. evolution and creationism are 2 entirely, independently different theories... God made man from dust using his own hands.... evolution says man was not created, he evolved..

god in christianity means idols and false deities.... God is the deity christians worship...

Being a Christian is all about coming in faith to God through Christ. You have to believe in God. You have to believe in Christ. If Christ is not the foundation for your faith, you have no faith at all. Concentrate on him, what he did, what he said, what he asks of you, and get stuck into Bible study and prayer. Once Christ is in his rightful position and he has the pre-eminence in your life, everything else will fall into place. You are either a Christian, or you are not a Christian. How important is Christ in your scheme of things? The Bible says he created everything that exists (John chapter 1). It's all about priorities.

NO!

John 1:1  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2  The same was in the beginning with God.
3  All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Verse 3 answers your question.

GOD bless

If you doubt the part of the Bible that says that God created the world in six days then why not doubt another part of the Bible?
Are you getting my point?
You either except it all or you reject it all.
Sorry to be so harsh but it is true
God bless you!!!!!!
Jesus loves you!!!!!!
