"Joder" is not slang. It's a real Spanish verb. It's not a nice word. It's mostly used in the sense of "to annoy" or "to bother", but it's also a vulgar way of saying "to have sex".

Let's say the equivalent in English would be the "f" word., although it is not AS strong as the English word.

That isn't slang, and it isn't Peruvian...it's standard Spanish (you would HEAR it in Perú, but in all Spanish-speaking countries, as well). And it's spelled poorly. It says I hope things go well for you in all you do "Bro" (okay, that's English). God Bless you. Wow, what kind of trouble is this person giving you? Doesn't sound terribly threatening from this....

I'm latin and the only thing that comes close to juda is actually joda. This word means something close to "f...ing". So he was actually telling the cop to go "f.ck" off.

"Joda" is a horrible Spanish swear word. I learned it by watching a video from Spain.
