Lets hope not

Why is it that atheists are assumed to be rejecting the christian god? What about atheists in the rest of the world. I've seen people die without all the bluberring and Jesus forgive me crap.

Carl Sagen was an outspoken atheist, he accepted that his life was ending. A lot of fundies spread the lie that he made a death bed conversion, even though that account was disproved by his wife and dozens of other people who were there.

That depends. My gardener's name is Jesus. Will he be next to me right before I die? If he is, then it's possible for that to be the case for me. As for the others, they'll need to have gardeners named Jesus also. I just don't think there are enough Jesus' in the gardening profession.

Well it seems like if they are going to die for sure then it certainly wouldn't hurt to cover all the bases . There are many athiests that lead a far more moral life then some so called Christians so I really don't know how that will pan out in the end. I just don't know the justice of burning someone in an molten lake of fire for all of eternity though ... but thats just my opinion.

No. Why do people think that?

Would you turn away from what you believe to be true right before you die? Why would anyone else?

Yeah, that's my plan, just to cover my bases in case I was wrong all those years. That way I can live my life anyway that pleases me without worrying about what god thinks, and then just at the end of it I'll 'sincerely' repent of my wicked and sinful life and make it into heaven. Yeah, I'm pretty sure that'll fool almighty god, alright!

No they won't. that is their free will choice to turn their back on God. When the return of the Son of God, the King of kings and Lord of Lords returns , it says all knees will bowl.
It also says that on the judgment day, there will be a separation of those who believed and those who did not. Those who can confess Christ will be confessed to his father. Those who do not will be told that he does not know them.
The Shepard knows his sheep and the sheep know the master. It will be too late to turn back. He said be ready, I come as swiftly as a thief in the night , don't be asleep. I come in a twinkling of and eye and no one knows the hour I come. Their choice to reject him, not the other way around.
An Atheist knows first of God but chooses to negate that belief. Without God they believe in no God and have no God.
Who can they blame but themselves when it all proves out.

I don't think so..I think they will be resurrected.God makes it rain on both the saved and the non saved. their will be a Resurrection of both good and evil folks. The good folk will go to their reward.the bad will be cast away from God.Forgotten by God..I would rather burn in a fiery torment than be forgotten by my creator..Thank God the God of love, and mercy,Thank god that hell fire is nothing more than another false doctrine..made up by man..you see with out a burning hell and forever torment, the peeps who want you believe that the soul never dies(the first lie) cant have it their way,,,why without a burning hell torment...we cant convince folks about going to heaven and our souls never dieing..what did Satan tell eve? You will never die! Where is eve now? Eve died. Satan lied.end of story. or wait..was that just the beginning..long winded today ain't I?

No. I also won't be turning to the Easter bunny, the little mermaid, Santa, batman, tinker bell, Kermit the frog, humpty dumpty, the wizard of oz, Winnie the pooh, or any other fictional characters.
Sorry. I believe what I believe. Fear of death won't change anything.

No, because humans have free will, if they choose to be Atheist, that's their decision. But they also have the decision to repent.
