what is the highest point on interstate 95 when going from florida to maine?

I'm going to guess somewhere in CT or RI because I-95 has climbing lanes in both states - the elevations there are around 200-500 feet. The only other state I can think of is northern ME but I-95 hugs the coast and probably doesn't exceed 300 feet south of Fredericksburg, VA.
