Stay away from the diet pills, you have to drink a lot of water and the right amount, because if you don't you will propably have kidney proplem's.
Also avoid the pineapple because it maintains your weight.
You should really try other fruits, such as pears, grapes, and papayas. They contain lots of enzymes to help, break food down much faster.
Get some exercise but you already know that

You should if you really want to lose but don't take to much deit pills try doing some yoga or palties you can find alot of sites on the internet to find these excersise methods to help you shed some pounds and just do simpile excersises like sit ups, push ups, lunges, running in the morning before your parents wake up in the morning or whn the aren't home

do the atkins. limit yourself to 20grams of carbs a day. stay outta the kitchen, keep yourself busy. Drink water,water,water! just water. Go for a walk, do some lunges,pushups,situps in your room. I found that the stupid excersice moves they made us do in elementary school really do have an impact. EX: arm circles,jumping jacks,jump rope, butterflies. All that crap. Look up pilates excercise you will find alot of stuff that really does work! thats what im doing right now. try oprah.com too!! they usually have good stuff and advice. Its really hard the 20grams of carbs a day,but it works. I swear by it! I lost sooo much weigh it was ridiculous. A lot of people say its not healthy and I could get sick.But when you are desperate,you are willing to do anything. It's safe. Im still here! Good LucK!!
