I read in 1993 it was made a law that women are free to show their breats and go topless in NYC. Do women practice their right? Where would they be going topless? In Central Park?

Yes, at Jones Beach there are topless women sunbathers at Field 6 and West End 2. Not many go topless, but I always see a few everytime I go to those beaches.

we go topless only on wed, and that is if someone says WOW to us, then if you pull out a 50 we will give you a lap dance too. Also I now am offering you the oportunity to own the Manhattan Bridge for only $200, already sold the Bklyn Bridge :)

Women in the USA, that includes NYC don't have breats. I don't know of any country where the women have those.
