If you want to put on muscle fast, protein with some other things work great. I use Syntha-6, it comes in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. I started off with 1 scoop which is 22g of protein for the first week 3x a day. Then I moved to 2 scoops 3x a day, after a month you can go to 3 scoops 3x a day. I mix it with water but you can use milk if you like. If you use with creatin also it works great also.

Yes, they will help but a good diet will help a lot too. Remember vegs help with bulk too. I never knew that as a kid so I thought I was deformed and cursed to stay skinny. Also, if your genes don't say for you to get thicker at 15, then you can do all you can, you probably won't get skinny until your older.
