I made plans to go swimming with my friends today in the lake. I totally fergot i wasent supposed to. Ive had it done for a week and a half. should i just ducttape it or not go in at all?

No swimming for 12 weeks. You run the risk of infection if you do (especially in a lake). Don't go in, just enoy the beach.

You can go with no problems. And actually no matter what you cover it with, water will still get in. Just bring a bottle of water with you and when you're done wash it lightly with some soap and pour the clean water over it.

ive had my belly pierced for 4 years.. i went in the pool after a week of having it and it was fine.. dont worry, its fine. just make sure to clean it properly right after. epsom salt and dial soap will do the trick. no bactine. good luck :]

it takes 3 months for it to be normal again,and before you can do any swimming

just use a big band aide or duct tape will work i was swimming like a few days after i got mine but i did put a big bandaide on it
