i came back from the usa and brought back 2 plasma tv's. I have seen a few companies offering signal converters but as usual, they all say they do what the others dont. Anyone done this before???

The cheap ones can only convert composite video.

You really need a component converter, so you can actually display HD. Those probably will cost you more than you saved by getting the TVs from the US.

Try a cheap video recorder that also handles NTSC output.
