The main thing you should know about most popular energy drinks, is that they contain high amounts of sugar and caffeine. This is what gives you a "buzz" or "jolt" of energy then a "crash". If you think about it, this can really be hard on a person's body if they drink a lot of these drinks.

I found one that does not contain all the sugar and caffeine, works in minutes after I drink it, lasts for several hours, and is HEALTHY for me to drink. If you are concerned about your health, you may want to consider this drink as an alternative.

I found them at www.carlshealthhelp.com/energy

I dunno man but i've heard that they contain 24 times more caffain than a cup of coffee so i think that's the only thing u gotta think about when having one... They might cause troble sleeping ( not to me) but some of my friends have experienced "high-energy" sleeping sessions in which they didn't even see dreams... I dunno whether this is the case with everybody.. Anyway, i try one when going for an exam cos i tend to slow down with the last question often... I suggest you don't have energy drinks too often...You'll never know the side effects they have....

Every other energy drink contains sugar which counter acts the point of the drink.

To replenish - it's water.

None of them are really healthy, try drinking water, most people are sluggish from dehydration, and energy drinks make it worse due to the diuretic ingredients like Caffeine.
