i am 16 years old and i applied to work at an ice cream shop and i didnt get the job and the person never gave me a reason why i didnt get it
plz give me some advice on how to get a job?

just apply for a job looking as nice as possible and act earnest and when filling out a application always ask to speak to the supervisor when it is filled out, just let hin/her know you need the job and are willing to work hard and dont get down you will get one..

You might want to brush up on your spelling and grammar. Both are very important in an interview. Also personal appearance, including your choice of clothing.

Do some practice interviews. Find some people in your neighborhood who are business professionals and ask them if they will help you.
