The jury doesn't have a "right" to nullification. The judge can always declare that there has been a mistrial and have the case retried, or nullify the jury verdict if it clearly didn't follow the law. This is very, very rare.

Last I heard, US law does not allow a person to be retried after a jury finds them not guilty. I don't see how physically removing someone from the building has anything to do with jury nullification.
