There are demons and spirits that frequesntly roam my house. They actually make themselves appear and they are quite frightening.

Sometimes If you look in the mirror in my house and hand will come out from the mirror and slap you. It doesnt hurt much but the fact that a demon is doing that makes it quite strange and unsettling

Am I required by law to disclose this when I sell my house?

It depends on the state. There are 11 states that require disclosure (not entirely sure which states are or aren't, I know wisconsin is a non-disclosure state) check out www.hauntedrealestate.com for more info.

Yes, you must tell them anything that might bring the value of the house down. For instance, when we bought our house it was right across the street from a Catholic church. Now, that might be a selling point for some people. They may buy the house because it's within walking distance to a church. But this woman knew that the church was going to be closed and torn down within the next year or two so she was obligated to tell us that.

Actually, I believe that you do. I'm being serious here. I believe that you have to disclose the possible presence of paranormal phenomena in a house.

I don't think you are required to do so by law, however, you need to ask yourself whether you have a moral obligation to so disclose.

If you think you can live with yourself, then I guess, but not disclosing seems quite dishonest, and will probably impact you eternally.

(If this isn't a hoax) Well, if you find a Catholic priest they can come over and take care of the house. Usually they would say a blessing, use holy water, etc... But to protect yourself I would definitely realize that if what you are saying is true than you need protection over your soul. Having faith in Jesus Christ and being in His care means He will guard you like a son. HE wants you to love Him and to accept Him.

God Bless,
Elisha

No, as long as any damages done have been magically repaired. Even if you had to fix them yourself, you don't have to divulge the source unless you know for a fact that it will happen again.
