YOU CAN INDEED do this. But it will require discipline,
In a 9 week span, from the end of June until early September:
1. Absolutely no junk foods whatever ever! Popcorn, pretzles, cupcakes, potato chips, etc...eliminate 100 percent
2. Absolutely no soda ever. The sugar in sodas will keep you fat.
3. You MUST greatly eliminate carbohydrates. Not entirely, but rarely, and then, only complex carbohydrates twice a week, like 1/2 cup of peas, or some lentil soup. Absolutely NO BREAD, ROLLS, PITAS, CAKES, PIES, COOKIES, HAMBURGER AND HOT DOG BUNS, POTATOES, SWEET POTATOES, NO PIZZA OR BAGELS, NO NOODLES, MACARONI, SPAGHETTI, PASTAS OF ANY SORT, BREAKFAST CEREALS. NO MACDONALD'S, BURGER KING, WHITE CASTLE. WENDY'setc.
No oranges. They are VERY sugarly and highly caloric. No tropical fruit like pineapples, guava, papaya.
NO DAIRY OF ANY KIND. ...no cheeses, period, They are 1/3 fat. No pizza. Sorry. No cream cheese.
Drink water and almond or plain soy milk, unsweetened, and add white powered Stevie for a sweetener. They are now adding this to COKE! Drink plain selter. NO coffee. Herbal teas are good, and ice them and add a little lemon juice too and stevia.
What you can eat is:
Pears, peaches, plums, grapefruit, apricots, grapes, watermelons, cantaloupe honeydew. Eat these only the morning, as much as you want, preferably no more than 5. Also, not the cans in heavy syrup. Fresh, or wash off that syrup. NO dried fruit either.
Eat chicken and fish every other day. Once a week, add red meat if necessary. No butter. No sour cream.
Eat lots of vegetables, such as cukes, carrots, peppers, egg plant, celery, red or Green leafy or Romaine lettuce, onions,. radishes, Only low cal dressing, and not much,. Some spices OK, like basil, sage, oregano, parsley.
Once a week, eat a small amount of oat meal, a very small portion. Once a week eat a 1/4 cup brown rice. Eat one whole grain bread sandwich once a week only. They do have a lot of not good stuff for a diet.
One hard boiled egg a week.
Avoid friend foods like the plague. No onion rings or fies.
Meanwhile, exercise, Jeno lawns, keep someone oak up and move or clean up. Keep drinking good old water.
two thousand calories is a pound of fat. Eating no more than 1200--1300 calories 6 days a week with one day of only 2500 pounds with THESE foods and a Lot of strength building and exercise will guarantee a lot of weight loss. Weigh yourself daily after you have a bowel movement, and see the weight start leaving. It is ll inspire you.
I'd start tho is diet NOW! Why not? Aren't you worth it?

if you lose 45 pounds over the summer you will later become a really obese person. Trust me, I've been there. You need to lose this weight over a period of 1 year at least. Exercise every day if possible (15 mins of jogging and 45 mins of callanetics, or dancing, or tennis, etc), and stop eating sweets, hot dogs, fast food, fried foods, french fries, pizza, chips, crisps, nachos, refreshments, ice cream, milk shakes, etc. Eat a lot of fruit, veg and salads. Don't starve yourself, or you'll be not burning fat. Make sure you don't lose more than 1-2 pounds every week.
