You should avoid sugar and caffiene, they're really bad.
Watermelon, water, and salmon are really great. If you drink about 8 glasses of water a day, eat healthy things (watermelon and salmon), your skin will get a nice healthy glow =)

Well i know one food that will make your face really smooth is avocado
i mean if you make it into a paste and put it on your face it should get it really soft!! well you need to let dry out for a few days and then blend with a little bit of milk!!!!!!

Salmon is very good for the skin because of the Omega 3 fatty acids. Also, lots of water.

olive oil. i guess you could use it with cooking but i really mean putting it on your skin/face. it smoothes the skin.
