Are there any foods that you wouldn't think are carbs that are?

You should avoid low carb diets for many reasons. Look it up in serious sites and you'll see I am right. If your body lacks a nutrient (carbs) it will not burn fat, but muscle. This will ruin your metabolism and you will burn less and less calories, and you will get more than the weight you'll have lost, but this time it will be fat. It's happened to me, trust me, and now I am eating some good carbs every day (wholegrain bread and pasta and rice, no sugar etc) and I am exercising, and I am losing a lot of weight healthily, burnimg fat this time.
